Synthetic Application for Analysis Methods of the Planar Mechanism Overconstraints

Overconstraints exist widely in planar closed chain mechanisms and mechanical systems result in a series of detrimental influences on behavior of machines, and attention is given to them by machine designer. Some analysis methods of overconstraints in planar closed chain mechanisms are presented, and more study due to the faultiness of these methods. In accordance with faultiness of two common kind of methods, formulas method and loop analysis method of degrees of freedom, and by combining these two methods, an useful mechanism overconstraints analysis method which is convenient for computer aided overconstraints analysis is gained via research on the two methods thoroughly and systematically, and some new views about mechanism overconstraints analysis are presented.

以喂入量和含杂率为试验因素，研究了圆筒式短茎秆清理装置的分离性能，分析了该装置沿长度方向的分离规律，给出了使用中的长度确定原则。     

不同节水灌溉技术的节水机理试验研究

根据甘肃省特殊自然地理条件，对于喷灌、滴灌、渗灌及波涌灌几种方式下，小麦和玉米两种作物的灌溉节水机理进行了对比试验研究，分析了不同节水灌溉方式下这两种作物的节水性和生育动态。试验结果表明，在降雨、灌溉水量和前期土壤特性一定的情况下，在喷灌、滴灌、渗灌及波涌灌几种节水灌溉技术中，渗灌的节水性最好，依次为滴灌、喷灌、波涌灌。小麦和玉米在渗灌条件下产量比滴灌、喷灌和波涌灌都高，小麦渗灌产量比滴灌增加7．6％，比喷灌增加13．1％，比波涌灌增加22．4％。玉米渗灌产量比滴灌增加1．3％．比喷道增加6．3％。     

双风机圆筒筛清选机构参数试验与优化

简要分析了双风机圆筒筛清选机构的工作特点，在试验的基础上建立了双风机圆筒筛清选机构清选性能的数学模型，并通过优化确定了主要工作部件的最佳工作参数组合。研究结果对圆筒筛式清选机构谷物联合收割机的设计和应用具有一定的参考价值。     

一种新的结合SVM和FNN的多聚焦图像融合算法

小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂对大鼠脑NO/cGMP信号转导系统的动态影响

为探讨NO/cGMP信号转导系统对小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂催醒分子机理的调控,144只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组和试验组再分为早期催醒组、中期催醒组和晚期催醒组。用分光光度法测定脑NOS活性和NO产量,ELISA测定脑cGMP含量。结果显示,小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂能明显地激活大鼠相关脑区的NOS活性和NO及cGMP产量,并且大鼠不同脑区NOS活性、NO产量和cGMP含量的变化趋势不仅与大鼠行为学变化相平行,还与不同时期表现出的催醒效果基本吻合。这表明小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂的催醒可能与激活特定脑区的NO/cGMP信号转导系统相关。     

核盘菌在亚麻上侵染致病的微观过程

 第1次利用电子显微镜对核盘菌在亚麻叶片上侵染致病的微观过程进行深入细致的观察。结果表明,该菌在侵入叶表面之前可能产生某些酶类物质来软化溶解亚麻叶表面角质层,以帮助该菌对叶表面的侵入。本文还对菌丝和子囊孢子侵染过程的异同进行了比较。     

支链氨基酸对mRNA翻译起始的调控作用

综述了支链氨基酸(BCAAS)对mRNA翻译起始过程的调控及其在调控过程中信号转导机制方面的研究进展,包括翻译的起始过程,BCAAs对翻译起始过程的调节和BCAAs在调节起始过程中的信号转导机制,并就值得深入研究的问题进行了探讨。     

Phenotypic and histological expression of different genetic backgrounds in interactions between lettuce, wild Lactuca spp., L. sativa × L. serriola hybrids and Bremia lactucae

Phenotypic and histological responses of cultivated lettuce (Lactuca sativa) and wild relatives L. saligna, L.␣virosa as well as interspecific crosses derived from L. sativa × L. serriola to two races of Bremia lactucae (CS2, CS9) were investigated. With the exception of L. sativa genotypes, all accessions and hybrids expressed incomplete or complete resistance to both pathogen races, with slight differences at seedling and adult plant stages, respectively. Histological features of the interactions (development of pathogen infection structures and host hypersensitive response to attempted infection) were studied on leaf discs 48 h after inoculation. Interactions with similar phenotypic expression of resistance were characterized by significant variation in rate of development of pathogen infection structures and hypersensitive reactions. Differences found within eight Lactuca spp. accessions and hybrids challenged by two distinct pathogen races are interpreted and discussed.
